When doing this, you must recognize the fact that you are not a professional authority, but you are capable of giving your own reaction to the material presented and the presentation itself. An overly kind evaluation may not help the member to improve, making the member frustrated and unhappy.

Evaluation To Motivate

In Toastmasters the assigned evaluator provides both immediate written and verbal feedback to the speaker.
