She then tries classidied take her case to Congress, where she is largely ignored.

In the end, we see a jaded and disillusioned freedom fighter who, after fighting the government for over a decade, has eoman-the that government is more interested in protecting womah-the and its special interests than it is in its citizens. Her story as a FBI whistleblower is explosive and compelling, hence why she is the most classified woman in US history.
